Each year close to half a million women fall ill from cancer in cervix uteri, close to 60% of these women die every year.On the last 40years their number is six times multiple. to over 80% of cases is caused by HPV.There are over 100 types of HPV viruses, but viruses at high risk are: 6,16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,51,56,58, 59,66,68,70,73 and 82.
Through PAPA test (PAPANIKOLLAUT under test) can be detected the presence of HPV viruses, in that case further Cytological are taken Cytological
smear for molecular-biological detection and characterization in HPV. In our ordinance during the year 2008 in the last 6 months were examined in 350 women of different ages (15-76Year), to which was Cytologycal
smear according Papanikolaut.In 56
smear resulted without pathological features.Cytological from 294 to 23 was found HPV virus, followed by dysplasio easy to CIN I. In 13 cases resulted negative for HPV, in 3 cases with positive HPV results in higher-risk. While in 7 cases the characterization has not been possible because it was destroyed the virus genom.
Conclusion: this research through modest opportune want the present analysis, which testifies to the growth of uterine pathology in cerviksin and it isn't noticeably this way to decrease the incidence of diseases premaligne and maligne.Pick up Papanikolaou Cytological smear according to any sexually active female should to be necessary in the health of primary gynecological sector.

Cdo vit afer gjysem milion femra semuren nga kanceri ne cerviks uteri,afer 60% nga keto gra vdesin cdo vit.Ne 40vitet e fundit numri i tyre eshte gjashtefishuar. te mbi 80%e rasteve shkaktar eshte HPV.Ekzistojne mbi 100 lloje te HPV viruse,por viruset me rrezik te larte jane:6,16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,51,56,58,59,66,68,70,73 dhe 82.
Nepermjet PAPA testit(testi sipas PAPANIKOLLAUT) mund te zbulohet prezenca e HPV viruseve, ne ate rast citologjik me tutje merret strisho citologjike per detektimin molekularo-biologjik dhe tipizim ne HPV. Ne ordinancen tone gjate vitit 2008 ne 6 muajt e fundit jane ekzaminuar 350 femra te moshave te ndryshme(15-76vjece),te te cilat u be strisho citologjike sipas Papanikolaut.ne 56 strisho rezultuan pa vecori patologjike .nga 294 strisho citologjike ne 23 u gjend virus HPV,te percjella me displazion te leht CIN I. Ne 13 raste rezultoi negativ per HPV,ne 3 raste rezulton HPV pozitiv me rrezik te larte,.kurse ne 7 raste nuk ka qen e mundur te behet tipizimi sepse ka qen i shkateruar gjenomi i virusit.
Perfundim:permes ketij hulumtimi modest duam te paraqesim analize opportune, e cila deshmon per rritjen e patologjise ne cerviksin e uterusit dhe pamjaftushmerine e kesaj menyre per te ulur incidencen e semundjeve premalinje dhe malinje.Marrja e strishos citologjike sipas PAPANIKOLAUT te cdo femer seksualisht aktive duhet te jet e domosdoshme ne sektorin shendetesor paresor gjinekologjik.
